He told me that you can talk to Chichiri. When I came by to see her, she was really agitated and nothing I've done has helped. I was wondering if you could try talking to her.

Yes, that's right, there are very few animals that I can't speak with. I would be happy to talk to Chichiri, I'm sure Machina's baby Chichiri will be just as excited to see the older one as well.
