[ Squall moves out of his seat without a word and approaches Snow. He seems hesitant at first before he awkwardly wraps his arms around her from behind. ]

[She freezes up, only for a tiny second, when Squall hugs her, all of it from surprise that Squall was willingly and actively hugging her of his own volition.

But that second is over and she pauses as her hands come up, held still in the air for just the briefest of moments... and then she hugs him back and rests her head on his shoulder, not saying anything at all.]

[ The warm sweet air around the two of them starts to mix with a faint smell of spring rain. It usually happened when Squall was feeling happy, the smell of the perfect rainstorm just wafted around him.
